Although the temps are still a little chilly the real estate market is keeping us hot! Well, that's positive thinking anyway. And in certain pockets it really is HOT! Price your home correctly and it will sell! Have good credit with savings and you can buy! And if neither is an option then RENT! We'll get to that topic next.
Here are some stats for the first 1/4 of 2009. These are just black and white #'s with no fancy singing & dancing flowers in the background. Enjoy!
701 single family homes went under contract from January 1, 2009 through today 3/22/09. (does not include condos or townhomes)
455 homes have SOLD!
2349 homes became available for buyers to purchase.
As you can see homes are selling and buyers have plenty of inventory to choose from! What else would you like to know? Wait are you waiting for? Now is the best time to sell and upgrade or even down size! First time buying or moving from a rental ? What the heck are you waiting for!?
